Ingredients

  • 3 Potatoes, shredded
  • 1 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • ¼ cup Chive / escallion, finely chopped
  • 1 pk. MAGGI Season Up All Purpose
  • 4 tpbs Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients well.

  2. In a skillet, heat approximately 2 tbsps. oil and cook ½ cup of the potato mixture at a time flattening each pancake with spatula.

  3. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until pancakes is golden brown.
