  • 2 cups Flour
  • ½ cup Water (luke warm)
  • 1 Lb. Ground pork / chicken
  • 2 cups Finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 ½ tsps. Minced garlic
  • ½ cup Finely chopped chive / escallion
  • 2 pks. MAGGI Season Up for Pork with Ginger
  • 2 tbsps. Oil
  • ½ cup water
  • 3 tbsps. Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Chilli flakes


  1. Mix flour and water to form a soft dough. Knead until smooth and not sticky.

  2. Place a damp towel over dough and allow to rest while preparing filling.

  3. In a medium bowl, mix pork, cabbage, garlic, chive / escallion and Season Up.

  4. Divide dough into 36 balls. Roll each ball out into a thin round sheet.

  5. Fill each round sheet with a spoonful of the pork mixture.

  6. Moisten the edges of half of the dough with water. Fold dough over to seal dumplings by press firmly to seal dumpling.

  7. Continue doing this to seal all of the dumplings.

  8. Heat oil in a large pot and place the dumplings into pot, fold side up.

  9. Brown the bottom of the dumplings for 3 to 5 minutes without stirring.

  10. Add water and cover pot, allow to steam for 5 minutes. After steaming remove cover and let fry for a few more minutes.

  11. Make dipping sauce by combining soy sauce, sugar and chilli flakes.

  12. Serve dumplings hot with dipping sauce.
