Ingredients

  • 8 Gram Maggi Chicken Flavoured Seasoning Cubes 4G (Box Of 25)
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 2 Cup DLT Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon DLT Granulated Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoon Sauce, Worcestershire
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Chive
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 2 Cup Cabbage, Raw
  • 1 Pound Pork, Cured, Salt Pork, Raw

Preparation

  • Mix flour and water to form a soft dough. Knead until smooth and not sticky.
  • Place a damp towel over dough and allow to rest while preparing filling.
  • In a medium bowl, mix pork, cabbage, garlic, chive / escallion and Season Up.
  • Divide dough into 36 balls. Roll each ball out into a thin round sheet.
  • Fill each round sheet with a spoonful of the pork mixture.
  • Moisten the edges of half of the dough with water. Fold dough over to seal dumplings by press firmly to seal dumpling.
  • Continue doing this to seal all of the dumplings.
  • Heat oil in a large pot and place the dumplings into pot, fold side up.
  • Brown the bottom of the dumplings for 3 to 5 minutes without stirring.
  • Add water and cover pot, allow to steam for 5 minutes. After steaming remove cover and let fry for a few more minutes.
  • Make dipping sauce by combining soy sauce, sugar and chilli flakes.
  • Serve dumplings hot with dipping sauce.
