  • 2 1/2 Cups All purpose flour
  • 1 Pack Yeast, powdered
  • 1/4 Cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/3 Cups CARNATION Full Cream Evaporated Mik (250 ml)
  • 1/4 Cup Water warm
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 Tablespoons Margarine melted
  • 1/4 Cup Carrot grated
  • 1/2 Cup Sweet pepper diced
  • 1 3/4 Cups Cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 Cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 Pack MAGGI SEASON UP All Purpose (10 g)
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano, dried


    1. In a large bowl combine flour, yeast and sugar.

    2. Mix milk with water, add egg and melted margarine to liquid.

    3. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and add liquid. Mix well. Knead dough for about two minutes.

    4. Place dough in a greased bowl to raise until double the size.

    5. In a bowl, mix ingredients for the pizza sauce and set aside.

    6. Roll out dough, about 1/4inch thick, spread pizza sauce on dough. Add carrots, sweet pepper and cheese.

    7. Roll the dough, tuck in the end. Cut into 1 inch slices and place on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F(180°C)for for 30 minutes.
