Pineapple and Orange Glazed Salmon

  • 2 lb. Salmon fillets
  • 2 pks MAGGI Season Up Fish (10g)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger, minced
  • 1 cup ORCHARD® 100% Orange Juice No Sugar Added
  • ½ cup ORCHARD® 100% Pineapple Juice No Sugar Added
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 Lime, cut into wedges


    1. In a bowl, season salmon with Season Up Fish and set aside for 30 minutes.

    2. In a large nonstick pan, heat oil. Place fillets one by one in the hot pan, skin side down for 2 minutes.

    3. At the 2 minute mark, place butter in the pan and distribute it evenly between fillets, this will give the fish a golden brown colour. Leave for an additional minute.

    4. Flip fish and cook for another 2 minutes.

    5. Remove fillets from the pan and onto a plate.

    6. Add garlic, ginger, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice and granulated sugar to the same pan.

    7. Reduce glaze, stirring occasionally until it thickens. This should take about 10-15 minutes.

    8. Place fish back into the pan and spoon glaze over fillets. Remove from heat.

    9. Serve hot, with a lime wedges.
