Peel, core and slice the breadfruit into ½ inche slices.
Boil breadfruit slices until tender, strain and set aside.
In hot water, add onion, lime juice, bouillon cubes and hot pepper / scotch bonnet pepper. Stir to mix. Leave to cool.
Place breadfruit in bouillon broth and leave to marinate for at least half an hour.
Serve at room temperature.
