In a medium saucepan boil breadfruit slices until firm, drain and set aside.
In a small saucepan bring water to a boil and add onion, vinegar, MAGGI Seasoning Cubes and hot pepper (to make a pickle).
Place breadfruit on a platter, drizzle pickle over breadfruit with onion and pepper. Serve as desired.
