Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a medium bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, all spice, nutmeg and walnuts.

In another bowl combine, Evaporated milk and vinegar. Stir and leave for 2 minutes before adding sugar, oil, marmalade, orange zest and eggs.

Spoon half of the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan. Place guava cheese slices on top of batter and cover with remaining batter.

Bake for 40 -45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in centre comes out clean

Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Mix icing sugar and Orange Juice to form a smooth paste. Drizzle over loaf and garnish with nuts.
