Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer until pale yellow and fluffy.

Add egg, Cereal, orange zest, Orange Juice and Evaporated Milk.

In a medium bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Add flour mixture to butter mixture, stirring just to moisten ingredients.

Fold in cranberries.

Fill greased muffin tin with batter 2/3 full.

Bake in preheated oven at 400°F for 25 – 30 minutes or until golden brown
