Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Unpeeled potatoes, diced
  • 2 Carrots, diced
  • 2 Christophene / cho cho, diced
  • 2 cups Chopped green beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 pk. MAGGI Vegetable Soup
  • 2 ½ cups Water

Instructions

    1. In a large saucepan, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic for 3 minutes.

    2. Add potatoes, carrots, christophene / choc ho and green beans. Cook for another 3 minutes.

    3. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

    4. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
