In a medium pot, mix Evaporated Milk, Coconut Evaporated Milk, rice flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and lime peel. Whisk to remove any lumps.
Cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly until mixture becomes thick.
Remove from heat and incorporate butter.
Discard lime peel and cinnamon stick.
Pour mixture into individual serving bowls and place in refrigerator to chill.
Garnish with cinnamon powder or shaved Chocolate before serving.
