  • 1lb Chicken parts/ breast
  • 1 tbsp Scotch Bonnet Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pk MAGGI Season Up All Purpose
  • 1 med Onion
  • 2 stalks Escallion
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ cup Carrot
  • 1 cup Sweet peppers (assorted colours


    1. Chop chicken into small pieces and season with pepper, garlic and season up.

    2. In a frying pan heat oil and sauté half of the escallion and half of the onion for about 1 minute.

    3. Add chicken and allow to cook through for about 20 minutes.

    4. Add carrots and cook through for 2 minutes.

    5. Add remaining onions, sweet peppers and heat through for 2 minutes.

    6. Add remaining escallion, stir and remove from heat. Serve with side dish of choice.
