  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Escallion Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Onion Chopped
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Red Bell Peppers chopped, red and green
  • 1 Teaspoon Scotch Bonnet Finely chopped
  • 1 Can Broadbeans (drained)
  • 10 Grams Maggi Season-Up! All Purpose Powdered Seasoning 10G Sachet
  • 1/4 Cup Maggi Coconut Milk Powder Mix 50G Pouch (dissolved in 1/4 cup water
  • 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables Drained


  1. Heat oil in saucepan and add garlic, escallion, onion, sweet pepper and scotch bonnet and saute for one minute.

  2. Stir in beans, Maggi season-up all purpose, Maggi coconut milk and mixed vegetable into pot. Reduce heat, cover pot and simmer until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and serve with desired staple.
