Lasagna Soup

  • 1 pk Pipe rigate (200g) / Pasta of choice
  • 1 lb Minced beef
  • 1 pk MAGGI® Season Up All Purpose (10g)
  • ½ tbsp. Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Green seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • ¼ cup Onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Pimiento/Seasoning peppers, minced
  • 4 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tin Tomato puree (10.75 oz)
  • 4 ½ cups Boiling water
  • ½ tbsp Oregano, dried
  • ½ tbsp Basil, minced
  • ½ tsp Red Pepper flakes
  • 1 pk MAGGI® Soup It Up Vegetable
  • ½ cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)


  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.

  2. Season minced beef with Season Up, garlic powder, black pepper and green seasoning and allow to marinate.

  3. In a large pot, heat oil and butter and sauté onion, garlic and pimiento/ seasoning peppers until tender

  4. Add minced beef to the pot and cook until all sides are browned, then add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.

  5. Add tomato puree, water, oregano, basil and red pepper flakes into the pot, stirring to incorporate and bring to a boil.

  6. Add Soup It Up and cook for an additional 7 minutes.

  7. Serve hot with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
