Kit Kat Mini Cheesecakes

Ingredients

  • 2 pks Cream cheese
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla essence
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 3 tbsps All purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups Chopped KIT KAT Chocolate Wafer Fingers

Instructions

  1. Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla essence and eggs until well combined.

  2. Add flour and beat for 2 more minutes.

  3. Fold in chopped KIT KAT

  4. Spoon mixture into paper lined cupcake pans.

  5. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 15- 20 minutes or until just set.

  6. Remove from oven and cook on wire rack.

  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  8. Garnish with shaved chocolate if desired.
