  • 1 Pack Maggi Season-Up! Chicken Powdered Seasoning 10G Sachet
  • 1 Pound Chicken Breast Fillet Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Cup Onion Chopped
  • 1 1/2 Cup Tomatoes Chopped
  • 2 Units Dill Pickles Finely chopped
  • 1 Cup Sweet Pepper Seeded and finely chopped
  • 8 Units Stuffed Green Olives Finely sliced
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Capers Drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 Cup Golden Raisin
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon Sauce, Worcestershire
  • 1 Cup Cashew Nut Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Thyme Finely chopped
  • 1 Pound Cheese, Gouda Sliced


  1. Use Season Up Chicken to season the chicken. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes. 2 - Bake chicken (covered) for 20 minutes.

  2. Melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté onions until they turn golden brown colour.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients except the cheese

  4. Butter a casserole dish and line with half of the slices of cheese. Then pour the chicken mixture on top, and top with the rest of the cheese slices.

  5. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.
