Wash peas. Add dissolved Coconut Milk Powder and cook until tender
When peas are cooked, add pepper, escallion, thyme and Bouillon Cubes
Add rice and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and cook on a low flame until rice is cooked.
Remove from heat and serve.
