Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Anchovie paste
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp Warm water
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp Maggi Tastemakers, Fish Flavour
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 Heads romaine lettuce
  • 18 Large shrimp
  • 1 cup Seasoned croutons

Instructions

    1. Blend all ingredients for Dressing until thoroughly mixed. If dressing is too thick, add a little more water.

    2. Mix all ingredients for marinade in a medium bowl. Toss in washed and de-veined shrimp and marinate for 30 minutes

    3. Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Tear leaves into bite-sized pieces and toss with dressing.

    4. In a grill pan cook shrimp on medium high heat for 2 minutes on each side or until pink and curled.

    5. Add to lettuce and sprinkle with croutons
