  • 2 Pound Pork Belly Cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 Tablespoon Anchar Masala
  • 5 Tablespoon DLT Green Seasoning (chives, celery, thyme) minced
  • 2 Tablespoon Chadon Beni Finely chopped
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 Teaspoon Hot Pepper Finely chopped
  • 2 Teaspoon Scotch Bonnet Finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoon Ground Geera
  • 2 Tablespoon Coriander (Cilantro) Leaves, Raw Finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Finely chopped
  • 2 Pack DLT Maggi Season-Up! All Purpose Powdered Seasoning 10G Sachet
  • 3 Tablespoon Pimento Finely chopped

Preparation

  • In a bowl season pork with Season Up All Purpose, green seasoning, garlic, chandon beni, and pimento peppers. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a medium pot, add anchar masala, geera and hot pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the seasoned meat and stir to coat thoroughly with spices. Cook for 8 minutes on medium high heat.
  • Add, cover and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium/low. Cook for 25 minutes until liquid had evaporated and pork is tender, stirring occasionally.
