  • 2 Pounds Pork Belly Cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 Packs Maggi Season-Up! All Purpose Powdered Seasoning 10G Sachet
  • 5 Tablespoons Green Seasoning (chives, celery, thyme) minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Chadon Beni Finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Coriander (Cilantro) Leaves, Raw Finely chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Pimento Finely chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Seasoning Peppers Finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Anchar Masala
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Geera
  • 2 Teaspoons Scotch Bonnet Finely chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons Hot Pepper Finely chopped
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 Packs Maggi Masala Magic Aromatic Roasted Spices 6G Sachet


    1. In a bowl season pork with Season Up All Purpose, green seasoning, garlic, chandon beni, and pimento peppers. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

    2. Heat oil in a medium pot, add anchar masala, geera and hot pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.

    3. Add the seasoned meat and stir to coat thoroughly with spices. Cook for 8 minutes on medium high heat.

    4. Add, cover and bring to a boil.

    5. Reduce heat to medium/low. Cook for 25 minutes until liquid had evaporated and pork is tender, stirring occasionally.
