In a bowl season pork with Season Up All Purpose, green seasoning, garlic, chandon beni, and pimento peppers. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a medium pot, add anchar masala, geera and hot pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the seasoned meat and stir to coat thoroughly with spices. Cook for 8 minutes on medium high heat.
Add, cover and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium/low. Cook for 25 minutes until liquid had evaporated and pork is tender, stirring occasionally.
