Ingredients

  • 900 grams (2 lbs.) Snapper (or any fish of your choice), cleaned
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsps Maggi Season Up Jerk
  • oil
  • 4 tsp. browning
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 tsps. Maggi Season Up Jerk

Instructions

    1. Season fish with onion, thyme, garlic and Season Up. Allow to marinate for 2 hours.

    2. Remove fish from marinade reserving seasonings. Brush with oil. Place on grill and cook for 15 Minutes, turning twice

    3. In the meantime, combine sauce ingredients with reserved seasonings in a small pot and heat for 5 minutes. Brush fish withcooked sauce and grill for 2 minutes on each side.

    4. When done, remove from grill, garnish with slices of onion and hot pepper and serve with a salad and remaining sauce.
