Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 Stalks Chive or Escallion, chopped
  • 1 Small Onion chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Sweet pepper chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Shrimp, peeled and cooked
  • 1/4 Cup Pork chop, with bone cooked, cut in cubes
  • 1/4 Cup Chicken breast fillet cooked, cut in cubes
  • 2 MAGGI Vegetable Bouillon Cubes
  • 1 Cup Mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 2 Cups Cooked rice
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Hot / Scotch Bonnet pepper Finely chopped

Instructions

    1. In a medium pot, heat oil, add all the fresh seasoning and hot pepper, Mix in the crumbled Vegetable Bouillon cube, then the shrimp, pork chops and the chicken and combine.

    2. Add the mixed vegetables and the rice, stir to combine well. Add the soya sauce and continue stirring for 5 minutes
