  • 3 cups Nestlé Gold Cereal
  • 1/3 cup Melted butter
  • 1 tin (15 ozs.) Fruit cocktail, drained Whipped cream for garnishing
  • ½ pint Nestlé Strawberry Ice Cream


  1. In a food processor crush cereal, until it is a breadcrumb consistency.

  2. Mix in melted butter and press mixture into a pie dish.

  3. Bake crust in preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes.

  4. After baking allow to cool completely.

  5. Let Strawberry Ice Cream stand at room temperature for 20 minutes to soften.

  6. Put ice cream in a large bowl and fold in fruit cocktail.

  7. Spoon ice cream mixture into cooled crust.

  8. Freeze pie until firm, overnight if possible.

  9. Let stand for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving.

  10. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
