In a food processor crush cereal, until it is a breadcrumb consistency.

Mix in melted butter and press mixture into a pie dish.

Bake crust in preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes.

After baking allow to cool completely.

Let Strawberry Ice Cream stand at room temperature for 20 minutes to soften.

Put ice cream in a large bowl and fold in fruit cocktail.
