  • 3 cups FITNESS and Fruits Cereal, crushed
  • 1 cup Chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup Mashed banana
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine FITNESS Cereal, nuts and salt.

  2. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

  3. Stir cereal and nuts into banana mixture and let stand for 15 minutes.

  4. Using a tablespoon drop rounds of dough onto a greased baking sheet.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
