Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter softened
- 1/4 Cup Onion chopped
- 1 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
- 12 ounces CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 5 Ounces Callaloo finely shredded
- 1 Teaspoon Scotch Bonnet finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose
Instructions

1. In a sauce pan over medium heat, add butter and sauté onion until translucent.

2. Add flour to make a paste, cook for 2 minutes.

3. Whisk in milk gradually, continue whisking until mixture begins to thicken.

4. Stir in shredded callaloo and scotch bonnet pepper allow to cook for another 5 minutes.

5. Add cheddar cheese and season sauce with MAGGI All Purpose Seasoning. Once cheese melts, remove from heat and serve.
