Season chicken pieces with green seasoning and Season Up.
Sauté seasoned chicken in vegetable oil until golden brown and cooked. Set aside.
In another pan heat olive and sauté carrots and onions until onions soften, but not too much.
Add garlic, salt and black pepper to vegetables. Sauté for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and add vinegar. Stir to incorporate.
Let sauce cool
Pour room temperature sauce over chicken before serving
