Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Eddoes
  • 1 Small Onion sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 Clove Garlic
  • 2 MAGGI Garlic Onion Bouillon Cubes crumbled

Instructions

  1. Boil Eddoes until tender, peel.

  2. Place peeled eddoes in a medium bowl. Using a potato masher, mash eddoes.

  3. Add sliced onion.

  4. Heat oilwith garlic in a ladle until oil is very hot. When oil is hot add crushed Bouillon cubes.

  5. Very carefully pour oil onto mashed eddoes. Mix thoroughly.

  6. Serve with sada roti.
