Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Margarine
  • 1/2 Cup All purpose flour
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Cup CARNATION Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 2 Tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 1 Apple sliced
  • 1 Pear thinly sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Kiwi fruit
  • 1/4 Cup NESQUIK Chocolate Powder crushed

Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F(200°C)

    2. Add margarine to 9-inch pie plate; heat in oven until melted. Tilt pie plate to evenly coat bottom and side with margarine. Bake for 18 minutes

    3. Add margarine to 9-inch pie plate; heat in oven until melted. Tilt pie plate to evenly coat bottom and side with margarine. Bake for 18 minutes

    4. Bake 18 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F(180°C). Bake an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown

    5. Fill pancake with fruits; Sprinkle NESQUIK chocolate powder on fruits.
