  • 4 Units Eggs (Large)
  • 100 Grams Honey
  • 10 Grams Natural Truffles (Preserved)
  • 0.5 Gram Salt (Pinch)
  • 120 Grams Icing Sugar
  • 10 Grams Baking Powder (Royal)
  • 200 Grams Butter
  • 245 Grams Flour

Preparation

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan on medium heat or place in the microwave for two minutes. Set aside.
  • Mix and sift the icing sugar along with the flour and the baking powder.
  • Beat the eggs together with the honey, salt and the diced truffles.
  • Add the butter. Stirring continuously, add the sugar, flour and baking powder mixture prepared earlier.
  • Leave to stand in the fridge overnight
  • Distribute the dough into several cupcake cases and bake in the oven at 190°C for eight minutes.
