Melt the butter in a saucepan on medium heat or place in the microwave for two minutes. Set aside.
Mix and sift the icing sugar along with the flour and the baking powder.
Beat the eggs together with the honey, salt and the diced truffles.
Add the butter. Stirring continuously, add the sugar, flour and baking powder mixture prepared earlier.
Leave to stand in the fridge overnight
Distribute the dough into several cupcake cases and bake in the oven at 190°C for eight minutes.
