Put water to boil with cinnamon leaf, add CARNATION Full Cream Evaporated Milk, stir in the rice and allow to cook for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and add cinnamon, mixed spice, nutmeg, vanilla and almond essence.
Stir in NESTUM and sugar. Add more water if needed. Serve hot.
