Cinnamon Rice Porridge

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Cups Water
  • 1 1/2 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk 330ml Carton
  • 1 Cup Rice (cooked)
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Mix Spice
  • 1 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Essence
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Almond Essence
  • 2/3 Cup NESTUM® BIFIDUS BL Infant Cereal Stage 2 (From 6 months) Wheat and Honey 270g Canister
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. Put water to boil with cinnamon leaf, add CARNATION Full Cream Evaporated Milk, stir in the rice and allow to cook for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and add cinnamon, mixed spice, nutmeg, vanilla and almond essence.

  2. Stir in NESTUM and sugar. Add more water if needed. Serve hot.
