  • 1 cup DLT Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup DLT Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Unit Egg , slightly beaten
  • 1/4 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk 330ml Carton
  • 1 Can Cherry Pie Filling


    1. In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.

    2. Cut butter into flour mixture until mixture resembles course crumbs.

    3. In another bowl, mix vanilla essence, egg and Evaporated milk.

    4. Add milk mixture to flour mixture, stirring just to moisten.

    5. Pour cherry pie filling into a medium baking dish.

    6. Using a spoon drop flour mixture onto cherry pie filling.

    7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into topping comes out clean.

    8. Serve warm with Nestlé Buckingham Ice Cream.
