  • 4 Stalks Lemon grass
  • 2 Cups Granulated sugar
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 Pack MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder (50g), dissolved in 2 cups water
  • 2 Cups SVELTY Slim Skimmed Milk
  • 1/3 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Cola essence
  • 3 Tablespoons Pearl Tapioca


    1. In a saucepan, bring the lemon grass, sugar, and water to boil. Boil for 15 minutes. Stirring occasionally

    2. Add the strained lemon grass syrup to the Coconut Milk, Skimmed Milk and the cola essence.

    3. Add salt and stir to incorporate.

    4. Cook tapioca pearls in boiling water until tender (to a thick porridge) and strain. Then rinse and add to milk mixture

    5. Serve on ice.
