  • 3 Tablespoon Tapioca, Pearl, Dry
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Cola Essence
  • 1/3 Teaspoon Salt, Table
  • 2 Cup SVELTY® Slim Skimmed Milk 1L Carton
  • 1 Pack Maggi Coconut Milk Powder Mix 50G Pouch
  • 2 Cup Water
  • 2 Cup DLT Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Stalk Lemon Grass

  • In a saucepan, bring the lemon grass, sugar, and water to boil. Boil for 15 minutes. Stirring occasionally
  • Add the strained lemon grass syrup to the Coconut Milk, Skimmed Milk and the cola essence.
  • Add salt and stir to incorporate.
  • Cook tapioca pearls in boiling water until tender (to a thick porridge) and strain. Then rinse and add to milk mixture
  • Serve on ice.
