Spray mini muffin tins with cooking spray and fit wanton skins into muffin tins by pressing into sides of cups.

Bake at 350°C for 5 – 7 minutes until lightly brown. Remove from oven and leave to cool in the muffin tins.

Combine remaining ingredients to make filling

Spoon filling into each cup (approx. one tablespoon).

Bake filled cups for another 5 – 7 minutes or until cheese melts.
