Ingredients

  • ½ cup Plain yoghurt
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. each Finely chopped parsley and chive / escallion
  • 1 tbsp. each Finely chopped parsley and chive / escallion
  • 1 tsp. Minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp. Coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 pk. MAGGI Magic Chef Vegetable
  • 3 tbsps. CARNATION Evaporated Milk
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • ½ lb. Cooked diced chicken
  • 3 Hard boiled eggs, cut up
  • 2 med. Tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • ¾ cup Cheese cubes (any kind)
  • 6 strips Bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 med. Avocado, peeled and diced

Instructions

    1. Blend all ingredients for dressing and set aside in refrigerator.

    2. Spread lettuce leaves on serving dish.

    3. Arrange remaining ingredients for salad in rows on top of the lettuce leaves.

    4. Serve salad with dressing.
