In a large, mix together the corn flour, all purpose flour the coconut, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, sugar, raisins, all spice, nutmeg, Coconut Milk Powder and salt.

Add the egg, margarine and Evaporated Milk. Combine well.

Strip green banana leaves from stalk with a knife, then briefly singe them over an open flame. Cut the leaves into individual 8-inch squares or substitute with foil.

Spoon 3 tablespoons of the mixture into the center of the banana leaf/foil and fold into a rectangle, securing with foil or string.

Steam the conkies for 1 hour or until they are firm. 6 - Unwrap and enjoy
