Ingredients

  • 3 cups All purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • ½ cup Raisins
  • 1 1/4 cups CARNATION Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 tbsp Margarine melted
  • 2 tbsp NESCAFE GOLD BLEND Coffee
  • 2 tsp Vanilla essence

Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    2. Grease a 12 cup muffin tin.

    3. Combine flour, sugar and raisins in a large bowl.

    4. Whisk together Evaporated Milk, eggs, margarine, Coffee and vanilla essence.

    5. Pour onto flour mixture, stir until just combined.

    6. Spoon mixture evenly into muffin tin and bake for 20-25minutes.

    7. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
