  • 1 Cup DLT CARNATION® Evaporated Milk 410g Can

  • 1 Tablespoon DLT Nescafé Classic Instant Coffee 100G Glass Jar
  • 1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoon Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
  • 2 Tablespoon Leavening Agents, Baking Powder, Double-Acting, Straight Phosphate
  • 2/3 Cup DLT Butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt, Table

  • In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Reserve ½ cup of this mixture.
  • Add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and coffee into remaining crumb mixture.
  • In another bowl, mix eggs and evaporated milk. Pour into flour mixture and stir to mix.
  • Pour batter into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inche pan. Combine reserved crumb mixture, nuts and Milo, sprinkle over batter.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°C for 30 to 40 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean when inserted.
