Chicken Pasta Bake

  • 1 Lb .Chicken breast fillets cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 Pack MAGGI SEASON UP Chicken
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Basil
  • 1 1/2 Cups Penne pasta, dried uncooked
  • 3 Cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 Cups Canned diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 1 Spaghetti sauce
  • 2 MAGGI Pepper Chicken Bouillon Cubes
  • 1 Cup Grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese


    1. Heat oven to 375°F(180°C).

    2. Marinate chicken with MAGGI Season Up Chicken and basil.

    3. Cook pasta in a large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last minute.

    4. Meanwhile, cook and stir chicken and basil in a large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, Bouillon Cubes; bring to boil. Simmer over low heat 3 minutes or until chicken is done.

    5. Drain pasta mixture; return to pan. Stir in chicken mixture and 1/2 cup mozzarella; pour into 2-qt,casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray

    6. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated though; top with remaining cheeses. Bake 3 minutes or until mozzarella is melted.
