Chicken Jambalaya

Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs. Chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp. MAGGI Season Up Chicken
  • 1 tbsp. Oil
  • 2 MAGGI Chicken Bouillon Cubes, dissolved in 3 cups hot water
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 cup Yellow pepper
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 2 tbsps. Parsley
  • ¼ tsp. Cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup Green peas

Instructions

    1. Season chicken with Season Up and brown both sides in hot oil.

    2. Add rice, vegetables and Chicken Bouillon and cook, stirring occasionally until the rice is soft.

    3. Remove from heat and serve.
