Preheat oven at 350oF (180°C)

Place parchment paper on a sheet tray and set aside

Blanch cauliflower florets and pat dry to get rid of any residual moisture

Place in a food processor and chop until it looks like grains of rice.

Transfer cauliflower into a cheese cloth or fine mesh cloth and squeeze the cauliflower to remove as much moisture as possible.

Place on a large plate until dried.

Take dried cauliflower, eggs, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and Season Up All Purpose until it forms a dough.

Spread dough ¼” thick on the sheet tray to form pizza crust and bake in the oven until the underside of the dough is golden in color.

Remove crust from the oven and add tomato sauce, remainder of the mozzarella cheese, tomato, sweet pepper, broccoli and olives

Return pizza to the oven until cheese has melted and toppings are cooked.

Slice and serve hot.
