In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, Season Up, minced garlic, pimento peppers, Chadon Beni, chive, lime juice and parsley.
Add shrimp and fish, toss to mix thoroughly. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes in fridge
Thread seafood onto skewers alternating with onions, sweet peppers, pineapple chunks and tomatoes.
Grill or barbeque over medium high heat until desired doneness. Turning occasionally to prevent burning.
