Ingredients

  • 1 Can NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 2 1/2 Cups CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Rum
  • 1 Cup Caramel Flavoured Topping
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Bitters
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Instructions

  • 1.  Remove label from Sweetened Condensed Milk and place in a pot. Fill pot with enough water to cover the sealed tin of Sweetened Condensed Milk. Boil Sweetened Condensed Milk in sealed tin for 2 hours
  • 2.  Remove from water and allow to cool (submerge the cans in ice cold water for 10 minutes).
  • 3.  In a blender add all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  • 4.  Serve on crushed ice.
