  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups CARNATION Evaporated Milk
  • 1 tsp Dijon or regular Mustard
  • ½ tbsp MAGGI Season Up All Purpose
  • 3 cups Whole wheat bread, cubed
  • 1 ½ cup Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup Diced sweet peppers
  • 1/2 cup Diced onions
  • ¼ cup Chopped turkey bacon


    1. Beat eggs and mustard in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

    2. Add remaining ingredients; stir gently to mix well.

    3. Pour into lightly greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.

    4. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
