  • 1 Baguette / French bread
  • ½ Cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 10 lg Eggs
  • 8 rashers Bacon, cooked and diced
  • ½ cup Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • ¼ cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup CARNATION Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp MAGGI Season Up All Purpose
  • 2 tbsp Chive, finely chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 350o F (180°C).

  2. Line a half sheet tray with parchment paper and set aside.

  3. On a cutting board cut a long V shaped wedge into the top of the baguette ensuring not to puncture/crack the bottom.

  4. Hollow out bread slightly, pressing the insides to create a cavity.

  5. In a large bowl, combine eggs, bacon, tomatoes, onions, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, Evaporated Milk, black pepper, pepper sauce and Season Up All Purpose until well combined

  6. Transfer mixture into a measuring cup to pour egg mixture into the baguette cavity.

  7. Top with chive and additional cheese if desired.

  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until filling is cooked through.

  9. Slice, and serve hot.
