Ingredients

  • 2 Units Apples Large
  • 1/8 Liter Water
  • 150 Grams Sugar
  • 50 Grams Icing Sugar

Preparation

  • Wash and peel the apples. Scoop out several balls of apple flesh using a melon baller.
  • Coat the balls of apple with icing sugar and thread them onto a skewer.
  • Mix the sugar and the water in a small saucepan. Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes until the mixture turns a caramel colour.
  • Dip the coated apples into the caramel mixture until they are completely covered.
  • Remove and leave to cool on baking paper for five minutes.
