Ingredients

  • 1 Can Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk 395G Tin
  • 24 Ounces Carnation Full Cream Evaporated Milk 330ml 2 1/2 cups
  • 3/4 Cup Red Rum
  • 1 Cup Canned beetroot, drained
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Bitters
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Remove labelfrom Sweetened Condensed Milk and place in a pot. Fill pot with enough water to cover the sealed tin of Sweetened Condensed Milk. Boil Sweetened Condensed Milk in sealed tin for 2 hours

  2. Remove from water and allow to cool.

  3. In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth.

  4. Serve on crushed ice.
