Beef, Ham and Carrot Rolls

  • 1 lb. beef steaks (cut into ¼” slices)
  • 1 pk. MAGGI Season Up All Purpose
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 carrot, cut into strips
  • 6 slices of ham
  • 3 tbsps. white wine
  • 3 tbsps. oil
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup sweet pepper, roasted, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup of chopped Chadon Beni / cilantro


    1. Pound the steaks with a meat mallet on both sides without tearing them.

    2. Season with MAGGI Season Up All Purpose and black pepper

    3. Place a few pieces of carrot and one slice of ham over each steak, roll each piece; secure the rolls with toothpicks

    4. Sauté in hot oil on both sides until brown, add wine and cook for three more minutes

    5. Remove from pan and set aside.

    6. On the same pan, sauté the onion, sweet peppers, and Chadon Beni / cilantro for three minutes

    7. Add rolls and let it cook for 10 minutes.

    8. Remove from heat, slice, and serve.
