Pour 2 cups water into medium pot, add salt and cinnamon leaves and allow to boil for five minutes then pour blended bananas into the pot.

Stir continuously (to avoid lumps) until thick. Allow cooking for another five minutes, add nutmeg, vanilla and almond essence.

Add CARNATION Evaporated Milk and sweeten with sugar (add more sugar if desired).
