  • 1 cup Old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup NESTLÉ Omega (1L)
  • 4 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Flavoured yoghurt
  • ½ cup Apples, diced
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon


    1. Pour half cup of rolled oats into each of the jars. Shake to level.

    2. Add half cup of Milk in each jar, and then 2 teaspoons of chia seeds

    3. Top with half cup of yoghurt, ¼ cup diced apples, a tablespoon of honey and 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon into each jar.

    4. Cover and let sit overnight in the refrigerator. Oats will be ready to serve in the morning.
