  • 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 20 Gram DLT Maggi Season-Up! All Purpose Powdered Seasoning 10G Sachet
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Spices, Cardamom

Preparation

  • Mix cloves, cardamom, chilli, turmeric, coriander and geera/cumin and
  • Season Up in a medium bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk oil and garlic.
  • Brush chops with oil mixture and press chops into spice mixture to coat both sides.
  • Grill chops to desired doneness, about 4 minutes a side for medium.
