Seafood Paella

  • 2 tbsps. Olive oil / vegetable oil
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 Sweet pepper, diced
  • ½ tsp. Saffron / turmeric powder
  • 2 pks. MAGGI Flavour D’ Pot Crab
  • 1 ½ cups Long grain rice
  • 2 ½ cups Water
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 ½ lbs. Seafood of choice (crab, shrimp, mussels, lobster, fish)
  • 1 cup Frozen green peas


  1. In a large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion, garlic and sweet pepper for 2 minutes.

  2. Add saffron, Flavour D’ Pot and rice. Stir to coat rice thoroughly.

  3. Add water and bay leaf. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes.

  4. Remove cover and add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes or until seafood is cooked.

  5. Serve immediately.
